I am cooking a pork loin roast. Would It be good with a merlot I have? How do I cook with wine? How much does it change the flavor? wife doesn't like the taste of wine a whole lot. Is the wine flavor definitely noticeable?
Also, just found out we don't have a roasting pan (incompetent husband here). Can the pork just sit in a normal pan? could I use like a cooking cooling rack maybe?
