Hi /r/recipes!
I'm looking for a chimichurri recipe - the inspiration is the chimichurri at an amazing Argentinian steakhouse called Ox in Portland, OR. Their chimichurri is AMAZING.
They don't have a photo of it on their website, so, describing from memory: it was super super garlicky and hardly parsley-ish at all - I'm not a huge fan of parsley (maybe it makes me think of Passover too much!) but I loved this sauce. I think it featured diced garlic, not food processed. And lots of olive oil. Seriously, you eat this stuff and sweat garlic for days!
Anyway, I know it's a vague and probably not very interesting request... But to summarize: I'm looking for a super garlicky chimichurri sauce!
Thanks all :)
bon appetit
