I've been searching the internet without any luck for a health bar with certain ingredients. I'm trying to make a decently heathy bar using carrots, strawberries, and oats. I'd like to avoid butter if possible and I'm trying to get the same consistency as an odwalla bar. I have no idea what to do with proportions. I'd like there to be a decent amount of carrots, about a grated cup. Strawberry is in there for sweetness and a bit of flavor. Oats for consistency.
I have access to a full kitchen including a blender if need be. I'm also trying to limit the ingredients to hopefully 6 or less.
Does anyone have a good recipe I could follow?
