I honestly have no clue what to call this one, but many Chinese places will put it on the table as an appetizer. Its not like traditional kim chi that I am use to that are fermented.
It has what looks like red chili, and is very sweet instead of having a vinegar taste, and the cabbage still tastes very crunchy. Maybe quick fermented?
If anyone knows what I am talking about, or maybe a recipe, I'd be grateful. I love this stuff, but when I look for sweet kim chi recipes.... it is totally something different.
