Hello r/recipes! I really want to surprise my SO with a creamy palak paneer. We just moved across the country and, tragically, there is a lack of quality Indian food in this area. I was hoping the more experienced chefs here could provide me with a recipe for creamy palak paneer. I'll happily accept recipes that are healthier than the restaurant comfort food variety, my main focus is ease of preparation and taste. I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to cooking, so I'll gladly accept any advice. We live in a small apartment so I don't have a proper stove tope. I do have one of those electric two plate minis which, unfortunately doesn't get quite as hot as a normal gas stove. I tried googling recipes but most of them seem way out of my depth. I welcome any recipes that can taste good while cutting down on prep time, for example a recipe that uses a spice mix from a certain brand rather than making me put the actual masala together. I hope this isn't too difficult of a request, please let me know if I should provide more details. I do have access to a well-stocked international spice store, so that's not an issue. We've had a stressful week and I'm really want to a lift her spirits by making her favorite dish. I'm ethnically Pakistani so don't be shy of using Urdu/Hindi terms.
TL;DR Need an easy, preferably quick recipe for Palak Paneer.
