I should probably leave some context. I have insulin resistance, so basically if my blood glucose level stays to high for to long, I am at a much higher risk of getting type 2 diabetes. So pretty much anything that substitutes carb for something else in a recipe would be greatly appreciated.
i.e. (I can't remember the actual recipe but it's something from a health and fitness magazine)
Pizza
1 cup normal pizza stuff
1 cup tartar
Directions:
Somehow make the crust out of tartar (like I said I forget).
Pretty much anything like this would be greatly appreciated.
