Dry Ingredients:

2 C Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Salt
-
Wet Ingredients:
-
1 Banana
-
¾ C Sugar
-
2 tsp Vanilla
-
2 Eggs
-
¼ Unsalted Butter
-
½ C Milk
-
Directions:
-
Preheat oven to 350°
-
In a large bowl using a mixer cream together banana, butter, and sugar
-
Next add eggs, vanilla, and milk
-
In a small bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda
-
Add ½ dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine. Repeat for other ½ of dry ingredients.

Add batter to 1 large lightly greased loaf pan
-
Bake for 40-50 Minutes
