VIETNAMESE BREAD WITH PATE - Banh Mi Pate

Ingredient for Vietnamese bread style:

  • 240 ml water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2.5 tsp active dry yeast
  • 400 gram bread flour
  • 3 tbsp butter *1/2 tsp salt

*Ingredient for Pate: *

  • Pork liver
  • Minced pork
  • Soft bread
  • Milk
  • Minced Shallot
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter or Speck
  • Wine

Ingredient for Chili Sauce:

  • 0.5kg Chili Padi
  • 1-2 Tomatoes
  • 30ml Water
  • 20ml Rice Wine
  • Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 20ml vinegar
