- Feta cheese (8oz)
- Mayo (1 cup)
- Garlic (clove or two)
- Can of artichoke hearts (14oz)
- Parm (1/2cup, can also sprinkle on top)
- edit: Jar of chopped pimentos
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine ingredients.
Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
Rejoice.
