Artichoke and Feta Cheese Dip

  • Feta cheese (8oz)
  • Mayo (1 cup)
  • Garlic (clove or two)
  • Can of artichoke hearts (14oz)
  • Parm (1/2cup, can also sprinkle on top)
  • edit: Jar of chopped pimentos

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine ingredients.

Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.

Rejoice.
