Anyone know what I will do with this? I don't want a sweet sugar from agave nectar..I'm hoping it can be treated like a cactus leaf, and that the insides are edible. Maybe stuffing with a burrito kind of thing, then making a kind of chimichurri out of the agave, cooked? For savoury main course.
