Sexy spicy Korma

FDO, RBO, MCP, GM, GGP. DCF. GP. PDC. TT, Methi powder. Cream. (abbreviated ingrds in order~onions,oil,curry powder,garam masala,ginger garlic paste,garlic powder,chicken,tinned tom)

Method:

FDO, RBO in your pot. You fry the onions in about three spoons of RBO. Add one tablespoon MCP, and then one tablespoon GM. Add one tablespoon GGP. Add a bit less than one teaspoon DCF.. Add sprinkle GP. Fry till at the stage in the vid, five mins, med.

Now add the PDC (250g). Add more RBO..Fry till at the stage in the vid 6-8mins, high. Add more GPP, fry for a minute, then add the TT. Simmer 8-10 mins, lid on but steam can escape, low. Open up, heat down to low. Add the Methi powder, and tumeric if you wish. Add the cream.

Add one or two teaspoons of salt. I also added a bit of mustard.
