So I made biscotti a couple of times now. It's great as it's dairy free, but has a lot of flour in. My current recipe is:
1 egg
60g chopped nuts
83g each of plain flour and caster sugar
1/6th teaspoon of baking powder
25-30g of other filling (chocolate the times I've made it so far) I think this is optional, although could help hold it together?
Recipes I've found so far include syrup or honey, which I don't want to use and/or are American using cups which I don't use. Should it be just the flour that's replaced with oats? something like 60g oats, 13g of flour? Or some of the nuts too?
bon appetit
