I see a lot of different stuff online and I don't really know what's the best way to go about this. Should I be using butter or oil? Should I have the pan heated before adding butter/oil or add them from the start? For now I'm just trying to make basic seasoned boneless pork chops, but there's so many more "gourmet" recipes, I'm just trying to keep it simple. If anything maybe learn how to honey glaze them. Any tips on what to do?
