Bubbas 33 in Indianapolis inspired me to form my own Patty. The concept is simple. Simply take a half pound of bacon and food process the life out of it into a bacon paste. Use a lean ground beef (preferably 90/10) and Chuck it in with the bacon paste. Let it grind for a bit until you have a pretty pink beef bacon paste. This paste is them balled up and flattened into patties and place on wax paper. Cook as desired. These burgers get all the bacon fat and little beef fat creating the ultimate melt in your mouth burger experience. Easy to do and the beef paste for perfect, easy to bite burgers every time.
