Bo Cuon La Lot (Grilled sheet packing roll beef) is one of favorite dish of Viet Nam. This dish get choice of many people when they come to restaurants. Bo Cuon La Lot absorb many customers by its fragrant and flavor. This is simple recipe.
Ingredients

500 grams of beef (a part of meat which has intermixing fat).

100 grams of sheet packing (1/4 minced, 3/4 keeped intact).

Minced lemongrass.

Minced shallots, minced garlic, minced ginger.

Roasted sesame.

Salt, pepper, sugar.
Directions
Step 1: Prepare Beef
Mince beef and add into a mixing bowl. Add 1 serving spoon of minced sheet packings, 1 serving spoon of minced lemongrass, 1 serving spoon of minced shallots, 1 serving spoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, season pepper, 3.5 serving spoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Add roasted sesame into and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Grill Rolled Beef
Add rolled beef on the grill grate and grill on heat charcoal. While you roast beef, remember to apply vegetable oil to beef surface to prevent beef from drying out. If you don’t want to grill beef, you can fry them.
