Chicken Pakora or Chicken Nuggets Recipes. Cooking With Anjum

Ingredients:- Chicken Breasts ( I prefer Boneless but you can opt for with bone) 1st ready the chicken pieces in small chunks. then soak them in vinegar, salt and color ( i use bush yellow color ) Keep it marinated for at least an hour.

  1. Note down and Take:- Corn Flour - 4 TBSP Red Chilli Powder - 1-2 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste 1-2 TBSP Each Salt To taste Egg 1 piece

Take the Marinated boneless and mix the ingriedients listed in number 2. and Mix them all.

After that take a pan and some Sunflower Refined Oil or if you are using Olive oit then you must cut down the salt from the list.

Then let the oil be hot and then put the nuggets in the pan one by one.

Let it be Golden and Crispy . Keep flipping them. After 5-10 minutes the Nuggets will be ready .

Take them out and Serve with Chutney or Sauce.
