I love cheesecake and can make a pretty respectable cake if I do say so myself, but I don't want to make a regular cheesecake right now I want more egg in it and want to incorporate gelatin (wanna make it a healthier cheesecake, and want to experiment with textures of more 'custardy' things - I'm a very experienced cook in many areas, but baking isn't one of them in fact cheesecake is the only thing I can ace consistently!)
