I have some diced hot peppers in pepper oil. What can I do to turn this into some kickass salsa for chips?

No clue what kind of peppers they are, maybe on par with cayenne in hotness.

Pretty amateur to cooking but have a background in baking, what can you guys recommend that will be great for chips?

Doesn't have to be tomato based, although they're still good
