Serving: 8 - 10 pieces
Ingredients:
- 1.75 cups flour
- ½ cup choco chips
- 3 tbsp matcha
- 1 egg
- ½ cup syrup
- ½ cup water
- 6 tablespoon butter
- About 6 frozen bananas
- ½ cup soymilk
Directions:
- Firstly, heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix butter with egg and sugar.
- Now take another bowl to combine flour and matcha powder thoroughly.
- Combine the two mixtures and whip properly until it becomes thick enough to make a dough.
- Add soy milk if the combination is too dried out or add flour if it is too drenched.
- Keep in the oven after giving a preferred shape.
- Bake for around 25 minutes to make matcha cookies.
- Next, take a scoop of frozen bananas after keeping it in a food processor. It should have consistency of an ice cream.
- Sandwich a scoop of banana in between matcha cookies.
- Enjoy your matcha cookies sandwich.
