Matcha Smoothie

Serving: - 2 Mugs [8 fl oz each]

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 sliced fresh ginger
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup coconut-milk
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp. matcha powder
  • Coconut flakes, or raspberries (for serving)

Directions:

  1. Take a bowl and put oats in coconut milk and leave for overnight.
  2. Next day keep the soaked oat, avocado, spinach, ginger, almond butter, mango cubes and matcha in a blender and blend it until it becomes smooth.
  3. Pour in two bowls.
  4. Garnish with coconut flakes or raspberries.
  5. Serve
