Serving: - 2 Mugs [8 fl oz each]
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 sliced fresh ginger
- 1 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1 cup coconut-milk
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 tbsp. matcha powder
- Coconut flakes, or raspberries (for serving)
Directions:
- Take a bowl and put oats in coconut milk and leave for overnight.
- Next day keep the soaked oat, avocado, spinach, ginger, almond butter, mango cubes and matcha in a blender and blend it until it becomes smooth.
- Pour in two bowls.
- Garnish with coconut flakes or raspberries.
- Serve
