This is a recipe that my SO received from her grandmother and we make it quite often so I'm trying to figure out how many servings there would be in this recipe.

3 cup chopped, Carrots, raw

4 cup, chopped, Cabbage, raw

32 oz., Tomato Juice

1 cup, Corn

40 oz. potatoes
This is the recipe that I use in the calorie counter. For measurement we have 32 oz. soup bowls that we use. Would 10 servings be unrealistic?
