Trying to get my family to try new things, does anyone have a good recipe for Nopalitos?

I have grown up with prickly pear cactus my entire life, and have harvested the fruit for jelly but never actually eaten or prepared Napolitos! Does anyone have any recommendations on how to prepare it?
