Here's the best list I could come up with. My goal is to assemble an ingredients list, prep list, cooking instructions, and plating instructions (keeping the 1980's plating methods in mind).
The movie takes place during winter, so seasonality of ingredients may come into play here. Then again these fictional restaurants are costly to dine at, so extra charges for out of season ingredients (at least in the 1980's in a major city) may or may not be important.
I would love to get these together and create a comprehensive album with step by step instructions, tip and tricks, and of course, tons of photos.
