Ingredients

Preferred cut of meat, thawed

Kosher Salt

Fresh Ground Pepper
Step 1: Wash the cut of meat, and pat dry. Place in pre-heated broiler.
Step 2: Broil meat for between 5-10 minutes depending on desired doneness, and steak thickness. (This will take some experience and trial and error to figure out).
Step 3: Preheat a pan on stove, cover pan in kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Take steak directly from broiler, and place on hot pan. Let sear for 30-60 seconds, then flip over to sear other side.
Take steak off heat, and let rest for at least 5 minutes before eating.
