I tutor two teenage boys who are turning 17 next week and they have requested a strawberry cake for their birthday. I don't think I've ever had strawberry cake. Does anyone have a really good recipe for it? Bonus if it starts with a mix (I have a baby, anything more complicated just won't happen) and does not involve cool whip (I can't stand the chemically flavor.)
