Regular Banana instead of a frozen one 1 cup of 1 percent milk. You can also use whole milk or 2 percent if you prefer to. 1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup for a healthier recipe instead of regular maple syrup. Pumpkin Spice instead of all the other spices. It is already premixed for an easier time to make this smoothie. Protein powder two scoops vanilla flavored or plan in place of the vanilla. Ingredients

½ cup pumpkin puree, recipe for fresh Pumpkin Puree 1 frozen banana 1 cup almond milk, optional soy, lite coconut or skim milk 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, more or less to taste ¼ tsp vanilla ¼ tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/8 tsp allspice ½ cup ice Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
