What we will need is : Potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, sour cream, oil, cheese, garlic, dill, basil and italian spicies.
Takes just a few minutes to prepare it and 1 hour to bake. While it's baking you can do whatever you want. You don't need to stay next to the stove all the time.
