Recipes for offal from 1933 Good Housekeepking cookbook

Recipes for a "miscellany of meats" (offal) including recipes for liver, tongue, kidney, heart, sweetbreads and sausage

Growing up on the farm, even though these recipes are old, they are essentially how we cooked every part of the animal after butchering it. Interesting reading. Also a recipe for Shepherd's Pie included.
