[REQUEST] Southern Thai Spicy Ground Pork and Chicken Curcuma Dish

Hi all,

I recently had the pleasure of eating a bright yellow dish that contained both pork and chicken, and quite a large amount of pepper. It may have been my single favorite dish of my entire trip to Thailand. I tried getting the name from the cook. She said it was 'kha min', but this gives no useful results on Google (apart from this being the Thai word for curcuma). All I know was that it was from Southern Thailand, and that it was absolutely delicious.

Does anyone here have an idea what this dish could have been, and how I can make it myself?
