INGREDIENTS
1 cucumber 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 tablesppons of rice vinagar 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds 1 teespoon of salt
RECIPE
- Slice up the cucumber into thin slices
- Put the cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle the salt over it, give it a good mix
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes
- Mix the sugar with the rice vinagar and the soy sauce in a separate cup
- After 5 minutes drain the juice from te cucumber
- Add the sugar mixture to the cucumber
- Mix well
- Add the sesame seeds
- Serve it up
