After another 5 minutes, take portobellos off of grill and serve!
Tips and Tricks:
- To serve more people, double recipe and add as many portobellos as you need. To serve less, simply put lett portobellos in the bag
- Cooking time may vary for different sized mushrooms. If the mushroom becomes wrinkly and shrunken, it’s been overcooked. Mushrooms should have a cooked, but firm, appearance.
- Experiment with other ingredients in the marinade, such as soy sauce or Worchester sauce.
- If lacking a grill, a stove can be substituted. Please note though that the cooking times will vary.
bon appetit
