http://ift.tt/1RYKu3A

Tangy, bold, and with a bit of a kick, the tiger portabello is a personal favorite. It is also extremely quick to cook. I’m sure you and your guests will enjoy this recipe!

Serves 4

Prep Time: 1 hr

Cook Time: 10 min

Work Time: < 5 min

Ingredients:

4 full-grown portobello mushrooms

2 cups A1 (or your favorite steaksauce)

1 cup Bulls Eye Original BBQ Sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)

2 tsp Tiger Sauce

2 tsp Pick-a-Peppa Sauce

Steps:

  1. Place portobellos in Ziploc bag, along with all ingredients, work around in bag and place in fridge

  2. Marinate for 30 minutes

  3. Turn grill on medium

  4. Turn portobello bag over and marinate another 30 minutes

  5. Remove portobellos from bag and place on grill

  6. After 5 minutes, turn mushrooms over

  7. After another 5 minutes, take portobellos off of grill and serve!

Tips and Tricks:

  • To serve more people, double recipe and add as many portobellos as you need. To serve less, simply put lett portobellos in the bag
  • Cooking time may vary for different sized mushrooms. If the mushroom becomes wrinkly and shrunken, it’s been overcooked. Mushrooms should have a cooked, but firm, appearance.
  • Experiment with other ingredients in the marinade, such as soy sauce or Worchester sauce.
  • If lacking a grill, a stove can be substituted. Please note though that the cooking times will vary.

bon appetit
