Smashed Cucumber! Easy to make and great appetizer.

Ingredients: Japanese Cucumber: 12 oz

Dry Chili Pepper: 3~5

Vinegar: 1Tbs

Sugar: 1 Tsp

Salt: 1/2 Tsp

Instruction: Mix salt, sugar and vinegar. Then smashed cucumbers and cut them into inch long pieces. Then mix the seasonings with cucumber pieces. Cut try chili peppers in to half inch long pieces. Heat up a wok and put in 2 tbs oil and put in the cut up peppers. Flip until peppers turns black and pore the pepper oil on top of the cucumbers.
