I'm specifically looking for Lamb Saag, Lamb Vindaloo or Lamb Tikka Masala but I'm open to pretty much anything.
My only caveat is that I would prefer a simpler versions as I would be trying to get dinner on the table for the family after work. If simpler versions aren't available I'll take them anyway and cook it on a weekend day.
