Lamb Chops with Moroccan Vegetables

Serves two.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 45-50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 lamb chops
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 courgette, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons harissa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Moroccan seasoning
  • 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 300 g tinned chickpeas, drained
  • salt and pepper
