My ragù alla Bolognese

Today I saw the /r/AskReddit thread " What is your favorite "I don't feel like cooking but I have to eat" recipe?"

So I posted my favorite Italian sauce recipe as a comment, since it can easily be prepared ahead of time and I always have a few portions in the freezer. Preparing it once you have the sauce frozen takes about 5 minutes per portion.

However, all it got was a single downvote without comments. I worked so hard on that post, I just want some people to see it. So have a look!

Goes great with pasta, in tagliatelle and other recipes calling for some Bolognese sauce.
