Cold Vegetable Pizza

  • Ingredients
  • 2-8oz package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Package of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing mix
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 C Chopped Broccoli
  • 1/2 C Chopped Carrots
  • 1 C Diced Tomatoes
  • 1-2 C Shredded Cheddar
  • Instructions
  • 1. Line a large sheet pan or jelly roll pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray
  • 2. Take one package of Crescent rolls and roll flat onto pan
  • 3. Take the other package and do the same but overlap with the 1st set of rolls about 1/2 of an inch
  • 4. Press the seam firm
  • 5. Take a fork and put holes all through the rolls
  • 6. Bake at the time and temp specified on package
  • 7. Let crust cool completely
  • 8. Cream together the sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch salad dressing mix in a bowl then place in the refrigerator
  • 9. Chop all of your vegetables and set aside
  • 10. Once crust is cool assemble pizza
  • 11. Spread sour cream and cream cheese mixture onto crust evenly
  • 12. Sprinkle cheese then vegetables
  • 13. Cut into squares and serve
