- Ingredients
- 2-8oz package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Package of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing mix
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 C Chopped Broccoli
- 1/2 C Chopped Carrots
- 1 C Diced Tomatoes
- 1-2 C Shredded Cheddar
- Instructions
- 1. Line a large sheet pan or jelly roll pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray
- 2. Take one package of Crescent rolls and roll flat onto pan
- 3. Take the other package and do the same but overlap with the 1st set of rolls about 1/2 of an inch
- 4. Press the seam firm
- 5. Take a fork and put holes all through the rolls
- 6. Bake at the time and temp specified on package
- 7. Let crust cool completely
- 8. Cream together the sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch salad dressing mix in a bowl then place in the refrigerator
- 9. Chop all of your vegetables and set aside
- 10. Once crust is cool assemble pizza
- 11. Spread sour cream and cream cheese mixture onto crust evenly
- 12. Sprinkle cheese then vegetables
- 13. Cut into squares and serve
