Hello all! I just cooked Quinoa at home for the first time with my rice cooker and surprising the texture was divine!
The only thing I screwed up was forgetting to wash them. I realized as I was starting the cooker and was a bit lazy. I did season the Quinoa but it still has that bitter taste I so desperately wanted to avoid after hearing about it.
I'm wondering if there's anything I can do now that it's already cooked to get rid of it or a new recipe to fix my laziness , sauce perhaps? Also, I'm a fairly new "chef" if you will and vegetarian.
TL,DR: I'm a lazy bum who didn't wash the quinoa first and now it's bitter. FIX!
