My wife and I really like Indian food and want to try making some at home. We aren't the best chefs or anything so we don't want it to get too complicated, but we're looking for a butter chicken recipe. That's a dish we both like. I've googled some and it looks like they vary a lot. I don't know enough about to see what's best so thought I'd ask!
