Quick and Easy Bulgogi

I picked up a one pound package of "Old Neighborhood" shaved steak at Walmart today. It looked just fantastic for making a quick and easy meal of Bulgogi using a jar of Korean Bulgogi sauce I had at home.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Marinate meat with Bulgogi Sauce.
  • Cook over medium heat in a suitable pan until meat is thoroughly cooked.

Serve over rice along with any side dishes deemed suitable.

(I marinated the shaved steak for 30 minutes under vacuum in my FoodSaver marinator... but four hours or so in the fridge would work just as well. I cooked half and froze half for later on. It cooked up quickly and it, along with some rice and a side of Kimchi, made for a great meal... Quick and easy!)
