The Holy Ingredients

‏Bacon
‏Cotija Mexican Cheese
‏Parmesan & Romano Cheese Mix
‏Feta Cheese
‏Cream Cheese
‏Chipotle Seasoning
‏Adobo Peppers in Chipotle Sauce
‏Jalapenos
‏Fresh Garlic
‏Fresh Ginger

Ok people. This is simpler than it looks. Combine ALL of the cheeses in a large pot and put that on the stove on the lowest possible heat.

The hardest part is mixing all of the cheeses, once you have done this, chop up some fresh jalapeno and add it to the cheesiness. Chop up some ginger and do that same. And finally the garlic.

Get a separate pan and cook several strips of bacon. Once cooked, chop those godly pork strips up into little pieces and add them to the cheese heroine. Grab a syringe- JUST KIDDING…

Add a few of the Adobo Peppers and some chipotle seasoning to taste. Add a bit of the bacon oil to the cheese as well.

Slice your jalapenos in half and hollow them out as best you can. Don’t fucking cut yourself during this part. You have capsaisen all over your hands and a cut will feel like fire murder.

Scoop a spoonful of the cheese crack into each jalapeno half and wrap with half a slice of uncooked bacon. Stab a toothpick into each one to hold everything in place.

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.

Cook until the bacon is clearly done.

Gorge yourself and watch football.

bon appetit
