Only 5 ingredients to make this chocolate fluffy masterpiece, enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 3/4 cups whipping cream
- 4 large eggs, whites only
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a frozen bowl (freezer for 10 min), mix the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Pour in the vanilla and continue to mix until fully whipped, set aside in fridge.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs whites until foamy.
- Add the sugar and continue to mix until fluffy, set aside in fridge.
- Melt the chocolate and transfer to a big bowl.
- Add the egg whites and fold in until combined.
- Add the whipped cream and fold in until combined.
- Once mousse is blended together, refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve cold and garnish with whipped cream or shaved chocolate.
