Enjoy a double chocolate and double peanut butter frozen experience...mmm it was delicious.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup graham crumbs, crushed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar Filling:
- 1 pint ice cream, slightly softened
- 4 ounces whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, quartered
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and powdered sugar.
- Pour into a 9” pie pan and spread with a spoon until crust is formed.
- Add the slightly softened ice cream to pie and spread evenly.
- Add the whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce over whipped topping and top with chopped peanut butter cups.
- Freeze pie for at least 3 hours.
- Slice and enjoy your peanut butter pie!
