Peanut Butter Pie

Enjoy a double chocolate and double peanut butter frozen experience...mmm it was delicious.

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham crumbs, crushed
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar Filling:
  • 1 pint ice cream, slightly softened
  • 4 ounces whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, quartered

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and powdered sugar.
  2. Pour into a 9” pie pan and spread with a spoon until crust is formed.
  3. Add the slightly softened ice cream to pie and spread evenly.
  4. Add the whipped topping and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce over whipped topping and top with chopped peanut butter cups.
  6. Freeze pie for at least 3 hours.
  7. Slice and enjoy your peanut butter pie!
