Put hummus on your chicken.

That's it.

Salt and pepper your chicken breast, slather it in hummus, bake at 450 for 25-30. Probably the best tasting and looking thing I've made in a while with absolutely minimal effort. For extra yum, slice up some zucchini and onion and toss with olive oil/cover w lemon juice/throw the lemon slices in there and bake 'em too. You can cover the whole thing with paprika, too. But just chicken and hummus is fine.

I've tried it with homemade red pepper feta hummus and store bought roasted garlic over the course of three days. The former was better but both are amazing.
