Runner's fuel snack - chia seeds & protein balls

A powerhouse snack that gets you energized for hours!

Here is my take:

Ingredient:

1/2 cup chia seeds 1 cup milk 1 cup ground almond 2 tbsp raisins (split) 1 tbsp shredded coconut 2 cups oats 1 cup melted peanut butter 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 cup maple syrup

Steps:

In a bowl, mix chia seeds and milk. Stir often to avoid clumps. After it becomes gelatinous, add half of raisins and ground almond. Leave in fridge overnight (marinade).

In another bowl, add oats, chia seed mix from above, peanut butter, cinnamon, maple syrup, and remaining raisins. Mix. Make into balls. Eat them and be fueled for hours!
