When I was in elementary school we had a potluck where we had to bring a dish from our culture. Some kid brought these meat patties that smelled amazing! He drenched it with a dark brown sweet smelling sauce and after the first bite I wanted to eat all of them. It's been 10 years and I still don't know what it is and all I know is that he was Indian. I'm thinking it was some kind of kabab but I don't know which one. I want to make this so badly, please help Reddit!
