What meal(s) or recipe(s) would you recommend to someone who is ready to return to meat after being a longtime vegetarian?

I've been a vegetarian since I was 14 or 15. I'm now in my early 30s. I realized recently my reasons for being a vegetarian these days are much more momentum than any moral beliefs or dietary restrictions, so I'm interested in trying to reintegrate meat into my diet.

I have not had any meat in over 15 years and am curious what /r/recipes would recommend as yummy, not too crazy ways to readjust my palate and explore what's out there for non-vegetarians.

bon appetit
