Anyone with a Turkey Burger recipe that will compliment pepper jack?

I recently picked up some yummy peppy jack cheese from a farmer's market. I used to make some chicken paninis and it's great; the cheese isn't too sharp, and the heat is almost sweet. I've got some ground turkey and would like to make turkey burgers, but I've never made them before. Do you have any seasoning/topping suggestions for them? Additionally, I typically add a little beaten eggs to my regular lean beef burgers, should I do the same for these? (I've seen some recipes that do, some that don't, some that even add breadcrumbs and eggs.)
