Slow Cooker BBQ Ranch Meatballs

Low and slow is the way to go!

Ingredients: * 8 ounces ground beef * 16 ounces ground pork * 16 ounces barbecue sauce * 1 ounce ranch dressing mix, 1 packet * 1 egg * 1 tablespoon olive oil * 1/2 cup breadcrumbs * 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt * 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions: 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, cinnamon, salt and pepper. 2. Form small meatballs, about 12-16. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Brown meatballs in skillet for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally so each side is browned. 5. Meanwhile, mix together the BBQ sauce and packet of ranch dressing mix in a small bowl. 6. Add 1/4 of the sauce to the bottom of your slow cooker. 7. Add meatballs on top of the sauce. 8. Pour remaining sauce over meatballs, cover evenly. 9. Cook on low for 3 hours.
