Potato With Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 medium potatoes

  • 16-20 pieces of bacon

Sauce:

  • 25 g butter

  • 1 teaspoon flour

  • ¼ l soup cube

  • 100 g cream

  • Salt, pepper, juice of half a lemon

Preparation:

– Wash the potatoes and boil them with the skin. Let them cool down and then peel them.

– Wrap them in bacon

– Put them the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

During that time, prepare the potato with bacon sauce:

– Heat the butter, add flour, water with cube soup and let it all boil.

– Than remove it from the fire, add cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

– Pour the sauce over the potatoes and leave in the oven another 10-15 minutes. The finished dish sprinkle it with chopped fresh parsley or basil.
