This Meatloaf is to die for! Makes 4-6 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 medium size sweet Vidalia onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup half-n-half
- 4 Tbsp Gourmet Ketchup
Sauce
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar (packed firm)
- ½ cup Gourmet Ketchup
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Sauté onions and garlic in butter until fully cooked- the onions should be fragrant and sheer
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, garlic, half-n-half, Gourmet Ketchup and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and form into a loaf. Place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish/loaf pan.
- 4. In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well and spread over the meatloaf. Reserve a small amount to top meatloaf after baking.
- 5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
